Returns
You can return your purchase for a refund, provided it is within 14 days of purchase and the item is unused and unwashed and in original packaging.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Online returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from rekitbag.com.
If you purchased your item from our retail partners please contact them directly.
Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
We are unable to refund domestic shipping costs or postage on expedited or international shipping.
When we receive your return, we will aim to process it within 14 business days or less before issuing a refund.
Please note that refunds will take up to 5 business days to process.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Any return delivery disputes must be accompanied by proof of delivery. Rekit is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your original order for another item, you must return your existing item and place a new order on our website. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible. If your initial order was paid, it will be refunded after we receive it and process within 14 business days or less.
You are responsible for the cost of exchange return shipping.
Exchange items will be shipped to you at additional cost.
