Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant them to the original owner against defective materials and manufacturing defects for one year.
If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and at our expense.
Warranty does not cover modified products or damages that result from misuse, neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
Please note that reflective components in our bags are not covered under this warranty since their reflectivity may diminish over time.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to us and returned shipping.
Please make sure that any item you send to us is clean!
Product care
The best way to wash your Rekit Bag is with a warm water using mild laundry soap and scrubbing with a soft brush to remove dirt. Hang to drip dry (don't use a dryer or any other source of heat). If you hang the pack outside, leave it in the shade.
