Shipping
We ship worldwide.
After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
We will contact you directly by email in case if there is a shipping delay.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
All International orders are shipped via Ukrainian Postal Service.
All Domestic orders (Ukraine) are shipped via Nova Poshta courier service to your preferable department within 1-2 business days.
Most Kyiv orders are delivered on the following business day unless otherwise noted. Orders could be delivered with a courier or shipped to your preferable Nova Poshta department.
Our shipping rates include shipping cost only.
GUD is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. All import costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.
Shipping rates
For domestic and international orders shipping cost is calculated in the checkout depending on the order’s total weight, shipping method and shipping address.
We offer free international shipping for orders over €500.
*All shipping fees are not returnable under any circumstance.
